Traci Oliver - CEO

Traci Oliver has over sixteen (16) years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and business management. Traci has a proven track record in software and consulting services, account management, customer relationship management and project management. Traci has successfully built and managed practices in ERP and related technologies for multiple Information Technology solutions providers.

Traci is an adjunct faculty member at Regis University in Computer Information Systems, Masters Program.

Traci has a Bachelors Degree in International Business from California State University with a minor in Portuguese and a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University. She is involved in Rotary and is a disaster responder/SRT (ShelterBox Response Team) for ShetlerBox (www.shelterbox.org). Traci recently responded to Chile for Earthquake relief in March of 2010 and Mexico for Earthquake relief in May of 2010. She currently resides in Colorado with her family.

Dan Perron - Founder and Principal

Dan Perron is the founder, President and Principal of CRP Solutions. He comes to CRP from several successful ventures in technology and education. Mr. Perron is a certified Basis / Netweaver consultant, an experienced project manager as well as a successful entrepreneur. He co-founded and chaired the Colorado local ASUG (Americas' SAP User Group) chapter, was vice chair of the Technical Track for the national ASUG and chaired a national forum on Systems Management and Database Administration tools. In addition to his SAP work Mr. Perron has also expertise in Oracle and Peoplesoft ERP implementations. He has served as technical advisor to several organizations and is proficient in multiple programming environments and platforms.

Mr. Perron is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business - Bloomington, Indiana with a major in Decision Science and a minor in Japanese language and East Asian culture. He currently resides in Centennial, Colorado with his wife and two children where he enjoys basketball, running, cycling and music.
